This course has been designed to enhance workplace communication skills at by providing a variety of business activities in order to build global competency. This book also aims to help business learners improve their productive proficiency in English-speaking, listening, and writing. We strive to provide this productive proficiency through constant classroom interactions and systematic self-study.
